Performing is a lifestyle and so is being healthy. I'm at a conservatory for performing arts for dance.

This blog is everything having to do with keeping me inspired to reach my dreams.

I promote healthy weight loss, not eating disorders. I've become obsessed with my body, other people's bodies, food, exercise, health, everything. It's what I think about all the time. I've had issues with my body all my life and I'm finally doing something to change it. I need to be happy. I need to love myself. I need to change my life. Who's with me?

These weights are just a guideline. In reality, I just want to change my habits, live a healthier lifestyle, and be fit and toned, not skin and bones!

I have no control. I know HOW to be healthy but it is so hard for me to find the strength to do it.

1 MONTH UNTIL MY BIRTHDAY!

This month I am going to do the thirty day shred.

This month I am going to shrink my portion sizes.

This month I am going to hit the gym everyday.

This month I am going to stop eating processed junk food!

This month I am going to change my life and break my bad habits.
